HSE Officer / Engineer

Role Overview Parsons is seeking an HSE Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves advising on safety policies and procedures, developing work plans, and collaborating with project managers to evaluate contractors' safety performance. What You Will Do The HSE Engineer will advise on ESHARP management and Parsons SH&E processes, develop site-specific work plans, and audit projects and programs against corporate and client standards. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or a related discipline, duly attested by the UAE authorities. • OSH International Diploma Level 6 (preferably NEBOSH) or an equivalent qualification, or NVQ Level 4/5. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, including 3 years in a similar role. UAE experience is mandatory. • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification from a CQI-IRCA approved institute. • ADOSH Practitioner Course Certificate. • ADPHC Practitioner Registration as a Senior Practitioner or General Practitioner. • Demonstrated experience working in an HSE role with a Client or Consultant.
