Procurement Engineer, E&I

Role Overview Manage computerized procurement operations for electrical and instrumentation materials, equipment, and services for oil and gas projects. Review and screen material requisitions, specifications, and BOQs to identify procurement requirements. What You Will Do Source E&I equipment and materials, evaluate supplier quotations, prepare commercial bid comparisons, and negotiate prices. Ensure materials and suppliers comply with project specifications and client-approved vendor lists. Why It Might Be a Fit Identify procurement risks and delays, coordinate corrective actions to support project schedules, and develop long-term partnerships with suppliers. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory) • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in procurement within Oil & Gas / EPC environment • Prior experience in ADNOC, Aramco, or other major Oil & Gas projects preferred • Knowledge of local and international supplier networks • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good understanding of Incoterms, logistics, and import/export procedures • Strong ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
