HSE Director

Role Overview The HSE Director will provide senior professional oversight, technical guidance, training, and support to one or more Global Business Units (GBU's) and project-based HSE Managers. What You Will Do Develops, communicates, and oversees Parsons' Environment Safety Health and Risk Program (ESHARP) Management at all project locations, provides assistance to business unit managers, and monitors the effectiveness of health and safety programs. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a closely related field, 12+ years of related work experience, and exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or closely related field (or equivalent experience) • 12+ years of related work experience in the field of safety and health • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) • Supervisory experience with managing safety professionals on multiple project locations • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Extensive knowledge of domestic and international safety standards • Ability to supervise and manage safety professionals located throughout the organization domestically and internationally
