Role Overview The role is for an Operations Manager in Cranes Operations & Maintenance, responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of customer services and solutions to a high quality across the Middle East geography. What You Will Do Responsibilities include investigating and reporting HSE incidents, developing close working relationships with clients, ensuring understanding and adherence to customer contracting principles, and managing complaints in a timely manner.
