Electrical Engineer (Infrastructure Wet & Dry)

Role Overview As an Electrical Engineer, you will perform conventional and moderately complex Electrical engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline. You will work on infrastructure projects, including roads and utilities works, and interact with third-party clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. What You Will Do Your responsibilities will include developing and supervising the creation of Electrical engineering products, providing technical direction, and reporting work status. You will also provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project. You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third-party clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities, and experience in dealing with government authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, etc. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 10 years of work experience managing infrastructure projects including roads and utilities works like sewer pump station within UAE, preferably Dubai • Ability to develop strong working relationships with third-party clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities • Experience in dealing with government authorities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, etc. • Thorough knowledge of RTA regulations and standards • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications • Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering
