Technical Project Manager - Smart City, AI

Role Overview Deliver smart city and AI projects, manage technology delivery, and oversee system integration and testing. Lead a team to integrate technology into build programmes and ensure delivery meets client standards and Saudi regulations. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end delivery of smart city and AI projects, manage rollout of network infrastructure, and coordinate with master planners and contractors. Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills are also required. Requirements • PMP certification • 8+ years managing technology projects • Smart city: delivery of IoT platforms, integrated command centres, smart mobility, security and surveillance, or building management systems • AI and data: delivery of AI-enabled solutions such as computer vision, video analytics, predictive analytics or digital twins, and a working understanding of data platforms and AI governance • Networking: solid technical grounding in network infrastructure: fibre and structured cabling, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, data centres and telecom systems • Experience managing systems integrators, OEMs and multi-vendor delivery against contracts and SLAs • Experience working with construction, MEP and design teams on new-build developments • Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, including at executive and board level • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field • Fluent written and spoken English
