HSE Engineer (Rail)

Role Overview Parsons is seeking a talented HSE Engineer to join their team on a Metro Construction project in Dubai. The role involves implementing HSE policies, monitoring performance, and suggesting measures for improvement. What You Will Do The HSE Engineer will implement HSE policies, monitor contractors and activities, review hazard analysis and risk assessment plans, and perform HSE visits and audits. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 10+ years of related work experience, and recognized Health and Safety certifications. They should also have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to supervise and manage HSE Inspectors. Requirements • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline • Minimum 10+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety • Recognized Health and Safety certifications (e.g. OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to supervise and manage HSE Inspectors • UAE driving license
