Regional Pricing & Procurement Manager, Airfreight

Role Overview The Regional Pricing & Procurement Manager supports the commercial and infrastructure foundation of Crane Worldwide Logistics' air freight product across the Middle East, Africa & India (MEAI). This is a dual-focus role: on the commercial side, the incumbent prepares pricing, supports carrier and capacity procurement, and maintains rate and tender data; on the infrastructure side, the incumbent helps map and maintain the region's network of gateways, trucking, and handling partners. What You Will Do Prepare air freight pricing for MEAI trade lanes, support carrier and capacity procurement activity, build and maintain rate cards and first-draft tender responses, track capacity, yield, and rate movements, and assist sales and key account management with data and rate inputs. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in international air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics, with some exposure to pricing, procurement, or carrier coordination, and a basic familiarity with capacity instruments such as BSAs. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in international air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics • Basic familiarity with capacity instruments such as BSAs • Working awareness of DG classifications (including UN3480/3481), cool-chain handling, and OOG cargo • Comfort working with cost and rate data, including multi-currency (USD/EUR/GBP and regional currency) calculations
