Project Commercial Manager

Role Overview Parsons is seeking a Project Commercial Manager to lead commercial, contracts, and cost management activities for a major public realm development in Diriyah. What You Will Do Leading commercial activities, administering contracts, managing procurement, and providing commercial risk assessments. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Contracts or related field • 10+15 years of experience • Strong experience with FIDIC or similar forms of contract • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
