Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)

Role Overview Manage, review, coordinate, and supervise delivering infrastructure design for land development projects. Act as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution. What You Will Do Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors. Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project. Why It Might Be a Fit Degree in engineering from a recognized university, 12-15 years experience in major infrastructure for land development projects, efficient technical and communication skills, prior experience writing design reports, stakeholder management, experience in obtaining NOC's from clients, familiarity with regional Standards and guidelines.
