Senior Project Manager - Stormwater

Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex stormwater management initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, analytical expertise, and a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects in dynamic environments. What You Will Do Direct and oversee all phases of stormwater management projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against established baselines and implement corrective actions as needed. Requirements • Minimum 15 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role • Proven expertise in stormwater management, drainage systems, or related infrastructure projects • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) on large-scale municipal or infrastructure projects • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects • Advanced knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor management • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams • Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
