Operations Manager

Role Overview The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operational processes, ensuring the effective execution of material and information flow processes, and evaluating the performance of existing suppliers. What You Will Do Key responsibilities include managing warehouse operations, researching new suppliers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HSE policies and legal regulations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Good command of English • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics processes, and domestic distribution operations • Experience in supplier performance evaluation and new supplier sourcing • Knowledge of storage and transportation of liquid and solid chemicals • Experience with SAP systems • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledgeable in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and relevant legislation • Team-oriented with experience working with 3PL providers • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
