Role Overview The Fulfillment Inbound Operations Program Manager owns the end-to-end FBA inbound lifecycle for KSA, serving as the single-threaded owner for inbound speed and operational excellence programs. The role demands strong cross-functional influence without authority, partnering with senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams to deliver on program-level goals. What You Will Do Key job responsibilities include owning the full FBA inbound lifecycle, developing and maintaining forecasting models and capacity plans, leading end-to-end peak event planning and execution, and driving cross-functional program management.
