Mechanical Integration Engineer

Role Overview Design, develop, and validate mechanical components, assemblies, and mounting structures to integrate radar, EW, C2, and sensor systems onto naval, ground, and airborne platforms. What You Will Do Perform mechanical interface and structural analyses, prepare 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, lead hardware installation activities, and support mechanical testing, troubleshooting, and system qualification. Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 5+ years of experience in 3D mechanical design and integration of electronic equipment onto vehicles, vessels, or aircraft • Hands-on experience developing and validating mechanical prototypes, including 3D printing and fit checks • Familiarity with MIL-STD-810G or equivalent environmental qualification standards • Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX or SolidWorks • Experience with Ansys or equivalent tools for structural analysis • Hands-on experience with installation tooling, torque specifications, and workmanship standards
