Mechanical Engineer - Packages

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer – Packages to join our engineering team for oil & gas projects in the FEED and Detail Design phases. What You Will Do Perform mechanical engineering design and calculations for package equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADNOC onshore projects, focusing on the design, specification, and coordination of mechanical equipment packages. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in oil & gas projects, with proven ADNOC onshore experience • Strong knowledge of mechanical design codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO) • Experience with FEED and Detail Design documentation, 3D modeling, and package design coordination • Hands-on experience with Chemical Injection Package, Refrigeration Package, Filtration Package, Centrifuge Package • Familiarity with material selection, mechanical calculations, stress analysis, and rotor dynamics • Proficient in engineering software such as PDMS, Smart Plant, AutoCAD, CAESAR II, or equivalent • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
