Human Resources Manager

Role Overview The Human Resources Manager will be the point of contact for all HR matters, manage performance, and lead terminations. They will also maintain a productive relationship with managers in UAE and manage the integration of HR systems. What You Will Do The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing performance, investigations, and terminations. They will also review and respond to complex matters, manage HR systems, and facilitate the new-hire onboarding process. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership position and a strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and work requirements. They will also have excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership position • 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE • Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and work requirements
