Mechanical Engineer - Design

Role Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Engineer - Design to join our engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems. What You Will Do Develop detailed mechanical designs and technical drawings using CAD software, conduct design analysis and simulations, analyze design requirements, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams, perform material selection and analysis, document design modifications, and review and validate designs against industry standards. Requirements • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in mechanical design or product development • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, engineering fundamentals, and manufacturing processes • Demonstrated ability to create detailed technical drawings and design documentation • Solid analytical and problem-solving skill set with attention to detail • Experience with material selection and understanding of material properties • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality requirements (ISO, ASME, or similar) • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
