Senior Mechanical Engineer – Water Treatment EPC Projects

Role Overview Experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design, equipment engineering, and fabrication for industrial water treatment, desalination, and wastewater treatment projects. What You Will Do Perform mechanical design and engineering for water and wastewater treatment equipment and packaged systems. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical calculations, pressure vessel and tank design, piping systems, fabrication drawings, and equipment specifications. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 8–10+ years of relevant mechanical design and engineering experience, preferably in water treatment EPC projects. • Strong knowledge of pressure vessel design, process piping, storage tanks, and industrial equipment fabrication. • Familiarity with ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3, API 650, AWWA, and relevant ASTM standards. • Experience with GRP/FRP tanks and piping systems is highly desirable. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D engineering tools such as Plant 3D, SolidWorks, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of welding, NDT, hydrotesting, material selection, and corrosion protection.
