Senior Manager – Legal-Real Estate & Commercial Operations

Role Overview Shamal Holding is a diversified investment firm seeking a Senior Manager to deliver commercially sound, risk-managed outcomes on real estate, commercial, and operational matters. The role is responsible for ensuring the Commercial Asset Management team achieves its commercial objectives with legal risk identified, priced, and controlled. What You Will Do Deliver commercially sound, risk-managed outcomes on real estate, commercial, and operational matters; draft, negotiate, and complete transaction documents on commercially acceptable terms; identify and mitigate legal risk on real estate, commercial, and operational matters. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, significant real estate transactional experience, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Post-Graduate Qualification in Law. Qualified lawyers in a recognized jurisdiction are preferred.
