Operations Manager

Role Overview This role oversees the daily operations of the facilities administrative functions related to patient registration, admissions, medical records, billing coordination and collections, scheduling, discharge processes, and call centre management. The role ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant administrative operations that support high-quality patient care and positive patient experiences. What You Will Do Responsibilities include overseeing facility administration management, revenue cycle management, medical records management, operational resource management, clinical systems & information management, human resources coordination, finance coordination, compliance & quality assurance, patient administration & front office operations, business management, communication, decision making authority, occupational safety and health management systems, staff management, and infection prevention and control.
