Operations Manager - KSA & UAE

Role Overview The Operations Manager will be part of the Operations Leadership team and responsible for all Operational Activities across KSA & UAE. The role involves developing and implementing the appropriate Operations strategy, managing operational activities, and building relationships with colleagues across various functions and divisions. What You Will Do The Operations Manager will develop and implement process improvements, direct work activities and projects, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role also involves building relationships with colleagues, driving leverage opportunities, and supporting standardization and alignment of processes. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Business or Logistics discipline, 5 years of experience in similar responsibility, and 3 years of experience in people management. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language is an advantage. Process Lean/Excellence/Six Sigma tools, training, and/or certification experience is also an advantage.
