Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems - Mechanical

Role Overview The team is doubling the size of our business while keeping maintenance costs down and driving asset capability up. With full responsibility for assets from creation to disposal, their watchword is reliability. What You Will Do Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for HVAC systems, develop and implement reliability improvement plans, lead root cause investigations, and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineer or related • 5–7 years of relevant & overall experience • Knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk-based maintenance approaches • Knowledge and experience in all HVAC related systems and asset classes • Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques • Proficiency in reliability tools and software systems
