Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview AECOM is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide on-site supervision and technical expertise for mechanical systems in building construction projects. What You Will Do The Mechanical Engineer will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with local building codes and international standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in mechanical preferred • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years in building construction site supervision • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in commercial and residential buildings (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) • Experience preparing technical reports and construction documentation • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment • Experience with construction projects in the United Arab Emirates
