Role Overview As the People Operations Manager, you will lead a talented team to ensure a high-performing, consistent, and highly efficient HR service across all countries in our scope. What You Will Do Drive Continuous Improvement, Manage Operations & Performance, Lead & Empower the Team, Champion Digital & Tech Solutions, and Govern, Risk & Vendor Management. Why It Might Be a Fit You will be the custodian of our regional HR service delivery model, leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement methodologies to elevate the employee experience. Requirements • 8+ years of regional HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery experience • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing HR Operations teams through operating-model transformations • Strong continuous improvement/process optimization experience (LEAN methodology is highly regarded) • Excellent analytical capabilities, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting • High comfort level with HR systems, particularly Workday HCM
