Operations Manager

Role Overview The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in the UAE. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. What You Will Do Responsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts, leads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff, and troubleshoots processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
