Senior Operations Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Capital.com’s operations in Dubai, building and strengthening the Dubai operations team, and supporting it day to day. What You Will Do Responsibilities include building and strengthening the Dubai operations team, agreeing global strategy with the Global Head of Operations, and acting as the main operations contact for the regulator. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments, or another regulated environment, and experience building and leading operations teams. Requirements • 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated environment • Experience building and leading operations teams • Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator • Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage • Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness • Clear communication with senior leaders, and based in Dubai or willing to relocate
