Role Overview The Sales Manager - Villas is responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of luxury villas, cultivating strategic business relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. What You Will Do Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share across all villa categories, identify and secure business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors and luxury travel consortia. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline • Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience within luxury hospitality, with exposure to luxury villas, resorts, residences, or high-end accommodation products preferred • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, securing key accounts, and driving business growth within competitive markets • Strong understanding of luxury travel trends, leisure and corporate segments, distribution channels, and global sales practices • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and business development skills • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients and stakeholders
