AI Apply Terms

1. What AI Apply does

AI Apply finds job postings that match what you ask for and fills in and submits applications for you on each employer's own careers site, using your CV and the answers you give us. It can also read verification emails for your applications and create the accounts some employers' sites require.

2. You authorise us to apply for you

You authorise us to submit applications in your name, with your CV and your answers, to the jobs you choose or that autopilot picks for you within your settings.

You're responsible for the information you give us being true and up to date. AI Apply writes from that information; it never invents experience or qualifications. Small questions your answers don't cover may get a safe, honest answer, and every answer it gives is shown in your application report.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms, and you must use AI Apply only for your own job search.

4. Plans and payment

Free includes 5 applications a month. Pro includes 150 applications a month, up to 10 a day, for US$29 a month, or EGP 599 for 30 days when paid in Egypt. Prices include taxes where shown.

Pro paid in Egyptian pounds lasts 30 days from payment and doesn't renew by itself. If we offer a plan that renews automatically, it renews at the price shown at the time unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

An application counts towards your limit when it starts. Trying a blocked application again doesn't count twice.

5. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable, except as set out below or where the law requires a refund.

Support first. Before asking for a refund, contact us at help@aiapply.cv and give us a reasonable chance to fix the problem. If we can't, we may refund you.

Technical problems. We may refund you if you report a technical problem that we can reproduce and verify, and that stops you from using AI Apply as described. Please send evidence: screenshots, error messages and the steps that cause the problem.

Accidental purchases. We may refund you if you tell us within 30 minutes of the charge that you bought Pro by mistake, and no applications have been submitted with it.

Submitted applications. Once applications have been submitted for you, the payment that covers them is not refundable, because the work and the costs behind each application have already happened. If you think an application went wrong, write to help@aiapply.cv and we'll review it.

Renewals. Pro paid in Egyptian pounds is a 30-day pass and does not renew by itself. If we offer plans that renew automatically, a renewal is not refundable except where the law requires it or for an eligible technical problem.

Service changes. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and refund the unused part of your current period if you cancel before the change.

6. Fair use and safeguards

To protect your applications and the service, we may queue, space out, delay, limit or decline applications per hour, day or account, and pause applying to particular sites.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misrepresent your identity or qualifications, use AI Apply to apply for someone else, try to get around limits or security, or use it in a way that breaks the law or an employer's rules.

8. No guarantees; not an employment agency

AI Apply is software. We are not an employment agency, we don't represent you to employers and we don't negotiate job terms. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, results or timelines.

Matches, scores and AI-written text can be wrong or incomplete; please read your application reports. Employers may use their own screening or automation checks, which we don't control.

9. Employers' sites and accounts

To apply, we send your CV, contact details and answers to the employer's application system, whose own terms and privacy policy then apply. Sites may change, block automated browsers or require extra steps; when that stops an application, we tell you.

Where a site needs an account, we create it with your application email and a password we generate for you, stored encrypted and used only to apply. You can take over the account at any time with the site's password reset.

10. Your content

You keep all rights to your CV and answers. You give us permission to store and use them only to provide AI Apply. You can delete them, or your account, at any time.

11. Liability

AI Apply is provided as it is and as available. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or errors in AI output. Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for AI Apply in the 6 months before the event or US$100.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).

12. Ending or changing the service

You can stop using AI Apply or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, non-payment, risk to the service, or if we stop the service. We may change these terms; for material changes we'll tell you at least 14 days before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem; if we can't, the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to use consumer protection bodies.
