Role Overview The HSE Manager is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and continuously improving all Health, Safety, Environment and Occupational Hygiene activities associated with the offshore development project. What You Will Do The role involves providing visible and proactive HSE leadership across all project phases, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore requirements, UAE regulations, and international standards. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Process Safety Management, Construction Safety, Offshore Operations, Marine Safety, Risk Management, and SIMOPS Planning, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related technical discipline. • Minimum 25 years of overall Oil & Gas experience. • Minimum 10 years in HSE leadership positions on major offshore Oil & Gas projects. • Minimum 5 years in PMC organizations managing EPC contractors. • Demonstrated experience on ADNOC Offshore projects is highly preferred. • Proven experience in offshore platform projects, compression facilities, gas processing facilities, brownfield modifications, and offshore installation campaigns. • Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management, Construction Safety, Offshore Operations, Marine Safety, Risk Management, SIMOPS Planning, Incident Investigation, and Environmental Management Systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NVQ Level 6 Occupational Safety & Health, Incident Investigation Certification, Process Safety Management Certification, HAZOP / HAZID Leader Training, BOSIET / FOET, H2S Certification, Offshore Emergency Response Training, ADNOC PTW/SIMOPS Awareness Training.
