Role Overview The role involves designing, analyzing, and documenting mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects. The candidate will work collaboratively with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to deliver efficient and compliant mechanical solutions. What You Will Do Design and develop mechanical systems, prepare technical drawings, conduct load calculations, and integrate mechanical systems into overall building design. Requirements • 10 years of professional experience in MEP mechanical design or related engineering discipline • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for mechanical design and documentation • Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, including load calculations and equipment selection • Solid understanding of plumbing and fire protection system design principles • Proficiency in performing mechanical load calculations and system analysis • Excellent technical documentation and drawing preparation skills • Familiarity with building codes and standards applicable to Saudi Arabia and the GCC region • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
