Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction execution for a mixed-use development project in Dubai, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. What You Will Do Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover, develop and maintain detailed project schedules, and administer construction contracts. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Minimum 5-8 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years on hospitality projects • Demonstrated experience managing projects in the UAE or GCC region • Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers, retail podiums, and associated infrastructure
