Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, and system integration for UAV/UAS, UGV, or aerospace systems • Strong experience in 3D CAD design using SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, CREO, or similar engineering software • Practical experience in UAV structural design, airframe development, prototype assembly, and mechanical integration • Hands-on experience in composite structures, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and rapid prototyping • Experience supporting prototype manufacturing, mechanical testing, flight testing, and design validation • Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawing preparation • Experience working in multidisciplinary R&D environments supporting rapid product development and engineering change implementation
