Role Overview Join Eaton's Dubai team as a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical systems, drive equipment reliability improvement, and lead structured root cause analysis for mechanical failures. What You Will Do Develop and implement maintenance strategies, drive equipment reliability improvement, lead root cause analysis, and collaborate with production, toolmaking, and engineering teams to improve machine stability and process performance. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, or a similar qualification • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation and metal stamping, bending, and welding industries • Knowledge of Cam-controlled machines like Bihler, Wafios, Finzer • Experienced in CAD, SPS, HMI-Systems; advantageous: programming skills
