Role Overview Tamara, a fintech platform, seeks a Data Analyst II to drive business impact through actionable insights and identify key opportunities for growth across the Credit department. What You Will Do Develop analytical solutions, build dashboards, work with stakeholders, and ensure governance and good analytical practices. Why It Might Be a Fit The successful candidate will have experience in data analytics, programming, and data visualization, with a strong understanding of their domain of interest. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in data analytics • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other analytical field • Hands on experience using programming (Python, R) to manipulate large data sets for insights • Demonstrated proficiency in one or more implementations of SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Display understanding of your domain of interest • Experience using Machine Learning tools and techniques in R or Python a plus! • Experience using one or more data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) • Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Apache Superset a bonus • Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn a bonus!
