HSE Engineer-Renewables

Role Overview The HSE Engineer-Renewables is responsible for ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures are effectively embedded across projects, sites, and office environments. This includes monitoring and evaluating health, safety, and environmental arrangements to ensure compliance with local and international rules and regulations. What You Will Do Responsibilities include assisting in ensuring project compliance with WSP's HSEQ Management System and client's HSEQ requirements, reviewing and approving contractors' health, safety, and environmental plans, conducting regular HSE inspections and audits, and providing technical HSE guidance and support to project teams. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership, proactive risk management, and engagement with site personnel.
