Assistant Manager – Bar Operations

Role Overview As Assistant Manager – Bar, you will support the daily operation of the bar, lead and inspire the team, and ensure every guest receives engaging, knowledgeable and exceptional service. What You Will Do Support the Bar Manager in managing the day-to-day bar operation, lead, coach and motivate the bar team, ensure consistent quality in cocktails, beverages, presentation and service standards.
