Project Controls Manager

Role Overview Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead a team of professionals overseeing every phase of mission-critical projects or programs. What You Will Do Manage and review contractor schedules for project compliance requirements, engage with Contractors to develop delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans, and utilize Earned Value Management techniques to evaluate schedule and cost performance metrics. Why It Might Be a Fit Must be fluent in English both written and spoken and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, and have excellent skills in utilizing MS Office applications, especially Excel. Requirements • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field • minimum 20 years of experience in Planning/Scheduling, utilizing Primavera Project Management 'P6' • Proven experience in utilization of Earned Value Management in performance analysis and reporting • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers • Must be able to represent Parsons in front of clients in meetings/presentations • Must have excellent skills in utilizing MS Office applications, especially Excel
