Role Overview WSP is seeking an experienced Project Handover & Closeout Manager to support the successful delivery and transition of large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end project handover from construction completion to final client acceptance, develop and implement handover strategies, and ensure completion of all handover deliverables. Why It Might Be a Fit The successful candidate will lead all handover and closeout activities, coordinating between construction teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Requirements • Experienced Project Handover & Closeout Manager • Lead end-to-end project handover from construction completion to final client acceptance • Develop and implement handover strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project milestones • Ensure completion of all handover deliverables including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, asset registers, and testing/inspection records
