Procurement Associate

Role Overview As a Procurement Associate, you will support the procurement function by sourcing goods and services, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and cost objectives. You will also support supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring, maintain procurement records, and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or material planning. Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong communication and negotiation skills are also required.
