Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Membership Sales Manager to lead our member acquisition and revenue-generation efforts. What You Will Do Drive membership growth through proactive networking, lead generation, referrals, events, and corporate account development. Why It Might Be a Fit The successful candidate will have a strong background in membership, luxury hospitality, corporate sales, or premium lifestyle services, with a proven track record of building high-value relationships and converting prospects into long-term members. Requirements • Current or recent experience in the Abu Dhabi market is mandatory. • Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi with an established local network are strongly preferred. • Experience in private members’ clubs, high-end sports or recreational clubs, or premium lifestyle venues is highly preferred. • Strong background in corporate hospitality sales, hotel corporate sales, luxury event spaces, or premium client management in Abu Dhabi. • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve membership or revenue targets. • Experience working with VIPs, corporate clients, and community leaders. • Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
