Role Overview Support the Resident Engineer in construction supervision and coordination of civil and marine works, including dredging, reclamation, and marine edges. What You Will Do Supervise and coordinate construction activities, monitor contractor compliance, and resolve day-to-day construction issues. Why It Might Be a Fit Strong knowledge of construction supervision, inspection, quality, and HSE requirements, with experience in civil and/or marine works. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • 12+ years' relevant construction supervision experience, including civil and/or marine works. • Experience with dredging, reclamation, marine edges, and associated civil/infrastructure works. • Strong knowledge of construction supervision, inspection, quality, and HSE requirements. • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
