Role Overview The Manager - Academy Operations will ensure seamless operational delivery of all EGA Academy learning experiences and services, including end-to-end responsibility for courseware creation and delivery logistics, vendor coordination, continuous improvement, and quality assurance. What You Will Do Key accountabilities include operational planning and delivery, vendor and partner management, systems, procedures, and continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional working, budget and resource management, and governance and reporting. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in learning operations, logistics, or programme delivery, with some exposure to vendor management and service optimisation, and possess skills such as service delivery excellence, customer focus, effective communication, and strategic planning.
