Role Overview The Accountant is responsible for managing employee expense claims and accounts, coordinating banking communications and administrative activities, resolving outstanding supplier Statement of Account (SOA) discrepancies, and monitoring government portal accounts to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely settlements. What You Will Do Review and verify supporting documents for corporate credit cards, petty cash, employee claims, and government portals. Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for urgent non-inventory requirements, process system receipts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely vendor payments and resolve queries. Why It Might Be a Fit The Accountant will follow up on pending approvals, assist in preparing bank summary, TR & Bills, and APNV reports, and manage banking documentation and correspondence. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2-3 Years’ Experience
