Retail Operations Manager

Role Overview The Retail Operations Manager ensures highest standards of Retail Operations performance in stores, supporting store teams and optimizing tools and processes. They spend time in stores to understand needs and provide daily support, information, and training. What You Will Do Manage store operations, coordinate with corporate, and roll out Group Policies & Procedures. Deliver trainings on store tools, ensure proper use of tools, and inform DSI in Paris about misfunctioning or suggested improvements.
