Where to find and apply for jobs in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Which job sites people in the UAE and Saudi Arabia use most, why applying on company career sites works, and how to keep up with new jobs every day.

Where the jobs are
The UAE and Saudi Arabia hold most of the Gulf's open jobs. In October 2026 LinkedIn listed about 11,000 jobs posted in the UAE in the previous month and about 8,000 to 10,000 in Saudi Arabia, far more than Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Jeddah have the most.
The job sites people use
Based on Google searches in October 2026:
- UAE: LinkedIn by far, then Indeed and NaukriGulf, with GulfTalent and Bayt after them.
- Saudi Arabia: Taqat (the national employment platform, for Saudi nationals), LinkedIn, and job-ad aggregators; Indeed is used less.
- Large employers (Emirates, ADNOC, Aramco, Al-Futtaim and others) post on their own career sites, which feed many of these listings.
Apply on the company's own site
Many listings on job boards send you to the employer's career site to apply. Applying there puts your CV straight into the company's own system, where recruiters search. Quick-apply buttons on job boards are convenient, but the employer may only see a short profile instead of your full CV and answers.
Apply early and keep up daily
Hundreds of new jobs appear every day in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and many roles get most of their applications in the first few days. Set alerts for your role and city, check them daily, and apply to the jobs that really match. A tailored application to a fresh posting beats a generic one to an old posting.
That daily routine is what AI Apply does for you: it searches company career sites every morning for your roles and cities and applies with your CV and answers.
