Role Overview The Procurement Operations Manager will lead the Procurement Operations team and support the Head of Department (HOD) to execute duties associated with Procurement Operations, including ensuring an effective VMCP operating model and managing low-level spend commodities. What You Will Do The role involves leading major negotiations, identifying opportunities to develop and institutionalize VMCP brand KEY METRICS, and reducing ADIB Risk across the supply chain. The Procurement Operations Manager will also lead the delivery of year-on-year savings for ADIB and ensure effective management of VMCP low value and low risk spend commodity. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of procurement experience, be professionally qualified (CIPS), and have excellent presentation skills. The role requires strong customer management, data analytics, and reporting experience.
