Role Overview As a Marketing Solution Engineer, you'll be the technical and strategic partner to our sales teams across the Middle East, helping customers understand how Salesforce Marketing Cloud can transform their customer engagement and marketing automation. What You Will Do You'll combine deep product expertise with regional business acumen to design and deliver compelling solutions for enterprise and commercial customers, including designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations. Requirements • Proven experience in a role such as Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions. • Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively present complex technical and data-centric concepts to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level executives. • Proven ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for using marketing and data technologies to drive business outcomes. • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
