Senior Project Manager / Resident Engineer

Role Overview Lead a site-based consultancy team for a large-scale development programme in Riyadh, responsible for day-to-day supervision, contract administration, and quality oversight. What You Will Do Act as the senior site representative, administer the construction contract, chair meetings, direct inspections, monitor programme and resources, and oversee quality and HSE compliance. Why It Might Be a Fit Requires 10+ years of experience in a senior site leadership or Resident Engineer role, with strong knowledge of contract administration, construction sequencing, QA/QC, HSE, testing, and handover. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrable experience with large, multidisciplinary building or infrastructure programmes in KSA or the GCC • Strong knowledge of contract administration, construction sequencing, QA/QC, HSE, testing, and handover • Working knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and KSA statutory and authority requirements • Professional registration and PMP, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent certification are advantageous • Excellent written and spoken English, strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project systems • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced consultancy environment in KSA • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, organisation, and attention to detail
