Role Overview As HUB Sales Manager IMEA, you will lead defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for ABB Industrial Process Automation and Energy Industries at IMEA Hub level. You will be accountable for proactively leading, developing, and coaching the marketing and Sales function and managing the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Your responsibilities will include developing, planning, and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) model, sales mission, vision, and strategy for the assigned area, leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint, overseeing the assigned teams responsible for monitoring and maintaining competitive market price levels, and defining key sales targets. Requirements • Relevant business or engineering degree • Minimum of 15 years of international sales management experience • Experience working across the IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) region is preferred • Excellent in relationship building and long-term planning at the executive and operational leadership level • Strong leadership skills and result-focused mindset • Process Automation industry knowledge • Solid technical background • Strong understanding of Hub/Business Lines/Division and large corporate structure • Success in building long-term strategic relationships across the Automation industry • Pipeline development that turns into financial-based solutions selling
