Role Overview The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the commercial infrastructure of Nemetschek Arabia operates with data accuracy, process discipline, and analytical clarity. The role involves managing the CRM platform, designing the regional sales reporting framework, and supporting the annual planning cycle. What You Will Do Manage the CRM platform, design the regional sales reporting framework, support the annual planning cycle, and perform other tasks related to sales operations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations roles in software, SaaS, or technology companies • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) including pipeline governance, reporting builds, and user administration • Strong analytical skills: ability to build dashboards, interpret pipeline data, model quota scenarios, and surface actionable insights from sales data • Experience with deal desk, pricing governance, and commercial approval workflows • Familiarity with channel and distribution operations — deal registration, partner incentives, MDF management — is a strong plus • Understanding of the AEC, BIM, or construction technology market landscape is a plus • Fluent English and Arabic required • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modelling and reporting; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
